The current Line 6 amp range revolves around their revered Spider technology. The Spider technology is based around amp and effects modelling. A Spider amp can give you all the different tones, effects and configurations of all your favourite artists, with the touch of a button.
The range consists of the Spider IV, Spider Valve MKII, Spider Jam and Micro Spider.
The Spider IV amp ranges from a 15 Watt Combo, up to a 150 Watt Combo - the 150 Watt is also available as a standalone head, known as the Spider IV HD150. The Spider IV15 is perfect for those who play at home, or for studio and gig work where a low-powered amp can be beneficial.
The Spider Valve MKII range adopts all the power and flexibility of digital modelling technology, and fuses it with the classic valve-tone. Line 6 entered a partnership with renowned valve-amp manufacturer, Reinhold Bogner, who helped design the amplifier. If you're looking for power, versatility and classic tube-warmth, then look no further than the Spider Valve MKII.
The Spider Jam introduces the power of Line 6 amp and effects modelling, with loop-recording and backing tracks. With over 100 loop-laden drum, bass and rhythm tracks played by real musicians, the Spider Jam can help improve your playing whilst having fun jamming along. The amp outputs an impressive 75 Watts of power, all through a 12" Celestion Custom speaker.
The Micro Spider is a low-powered, battery-operated version of the Spider range. Perfect for busking, vacation and even on the tour bus. The Micro Spider features an integrated Chromatic Tuner and plenty of effects presets for both electric and acoustic guitars. Weighing in at only 7lbs, the Micro Spider puts out 6 Watts of volume and is extremely portable.
