Key Features
The Cwejman VCO-2RM is a dual oscillator equipped with 7 different waveforms. The waveforms frequencies can be adjusted using the coarse, fine and pulse width to create a wide range of sounds. The VCO-2RM features an LFO switch enabling you to change the oscillator into an LFO. Additionally the oscillators can be synced to each other so that oscillator 2's frequency is tracked by oscillator 1, which is ideal for creating edgy lead FM sounds or hard funky basses. Also featured on the VCO-2RM is an attenuator for adjusting pulse width and also an input with a fitted attenuator for pulse width modulation. The VCO-2RM also features a ring modulator that can be used to produce a vast array of complex waveforms.

The Cwejamn VCO-2RM offers all the necessary attenuators for adjusting the frequencies of the waveforms. The coarse attenuator allows you change the frequency whilst the tune attenuator allows you to finetune by +/-6 semitones. The VCO-2RM provides 7 different waveforms including sine, saw, square, triangle and more for sound design. Use the 2 oscillators and mix the different waveforms to create a wide range of analogue sounds. The flexibility of these oscillators extends beyond the capabilities found in the VM1. Each oscillator has an LFO mode turning each oscillator into an LFO extending the capabilities of sound creation and modulation. In addition, each oscillator offers 2 outputs, one with positive polarity, the other inverted making them flexible when designing modulation CVs for external modules.
A convenient feature of the VCO-2RM is the SYNC switch. When turned on, the oscillator 2's frequency becomes synchronised with oscillators 1's, which can alter the timbre of your oscillators. This is a great way to create hard, raw edgy FM sounds. The sync inputs at the bottom allow you to also externally sync each oscillator individually to an external signal if you wish.
The VCO-2RM has a pulse width attenuator to adjust the pulse width of the pulse wave from 5 to 95 allowing you to manipulate your waveforms to create new sounds. The pulse width control works on other waveforms that include the pulse wave as well.
In addition to the oscillator controls, the VCO-2RM features a ring modulator which can be useful for creating metallic timbres such as bells, mallets, sweeping whistles, percussive and tremolo effects. The 2 input signals are pre-patched to OSC1 and OSC2 outputs already. On the same patch points you can use inputs X and Y to route any external signal directly into the ring modulator. The ring modulator can produce a vast amount of complex waveforms.
