The Stratocaster was one of Fender's original solid-body guitars from the '50s, designed to offer a wider range of sounds than the Telecaster of the time along with a revolutionary tremolo device for pitch-shifting effects. Classic Single Coils & Resonant Tonewood Combination
The Squier Standard Stratocaster features the original trio of single-coil pickups to give you the balance of biting bridge-position tones, mellow neck-position sounds, and instantly recognizable "in-between" sounds with their distinct scooped tone and "quack".
