2hp Lunchbox Synth Voice Overview

Subtractive synthesis in a compact, portable case. The 2hp Lunchbox Synth Voice is comprised of four modules including VCO, MMF, VCA and ADSR. These four modules unlock the key to subtractive synthesis, delivering the classic, signature sound.

The VCO module utilises the legendary CEM3340 circuitry to deliver classic analog warmth and grit, making it the perfect starting point for your sound design experiments. From here you can use the multimode filter and envelopes to shape and sculpt your sound. Send that onto the VCA to achieve high-end audio fidelity.

From soothing pads to plucky bass sounds, the 2hp Synth Voice can do it all. The genre-defying sounds the Synth Voice can create can be used in the studio or for live performances. The modules all comes housed in a powered metal case. There is also 30HP of additional space within the case so you can expand your portable setup.

Classic subtractive synth voice

The 2hp Analog VCO is a voltage controlled oscillator offering analog warmth. The 2hp Analog VCO provides you with simultaneous triangle, sawtooth and square wave outputs, with linear FM, hard sync, and PWM capabilities for creating huge bass and lead sounds. With accurate 1V/oct tracking across 10+ octaves, the 2hp module provides a huge frequency range for luscious melodies and dramatic sweeps.

Multi mode filtering

The MMF Multi Mode Filter is a new take on a classic filter module. The Analog topology delivers classic warmth and grit. It can achieve everything from a vintage low pass effects to squelchy acidic filtration.

The module features a 12db per octave slope as well as dedicated outputs for each of the filtering types. The compact design and streamlined controls are ideal for the space-conscious modular user.

Versatile envelope module

The onboard linear envelope offering four independent stages that can be modified independently to create complex, multi-segment envelopes, ideal for modulating VCAs, filters and oscillators. The 2hp ADSR Envelope offers an easy-to-use interface, with a range switch and controls for each envelope. It features slow and fast ranges, which make it ideal for both slow evolving pads, or quick, plucky sounds.

Dual linear VCA

Utilising the 2164 SSM circuitry, the VCA module provides a dual, linear voltage controlled amplifier. It provides exceptional audio fidelity coupled with ultra-low distortion for a pure and natural sound. It also possess both a CV input attenuator and DC-coupled inputs for use with audio and CV signals.

Lunchbox case

Portable powered Eurorack case. The 2hp Lunchbox provides you with 42HP of space for accommodating Eurorack modules. It features a latchable lid and a robust metal construction for added durability.

The lunchbox-style design can fit easily within a backpack and features a built-in handle for easy transportation. The portable design allows you to install modules with ease, allowing you to swap modules in and out to create your own versatile modular system.
