The Delta Cep A is the perfect starting point for any modular user. The comprehensive synthesizer includes everything you need to create rich and varied sounds. This analog paraphonic, semi-modular synthesizer boasts unique Swarm oscillator technology and a variety of dedicated sections for sound design purposes.
The compact, desktop-based synth is ideal for both studio and live performances. The retro-style attenuators allow you to dial in your parameters with extreme precision. The ergonomic layout features a MIDI to CV interface, LFO, Swarm Oscillator, Mixer, Multimode filters, ADSR generator and FX sections. The LFO section includes a selection of five waveforms for optimal versatility.
It also features a wide range of versatile connectivity, from analog patch points to CV connections. Its rich tonal palette allows you to achieve a variety of sound, from detuned basslines to cutting-edge leads.
One of the most unique features of the Delta Cep A is the Swarm oscillator technology. This custom oscillator design is a bank comprised of eight oscillators. This specialised bank of oscillators can be tuned to create chords, clusters and fat multi-oscillator sounds. It is designed to deliver a wide variety of digital tones with rich and gritty overtones.
The Delta includes both analog and digital multimode filters. The decision to include both analog and digital filters provides a more varied tonal palette for texturising sounds. The filters are great for changing the tone and style of any sound you create. It features Cutoff, Resonance, Cutoff Mod/KB-Scale and EG-depth/Velocity controls. It also features LP, BP and HP switches for quickly incorporating classic filter settings.
The high-grade ADSR generator provides controls for shaping and sculpting your sound. The ADSR circuit provides fast and snappy envelopes, with large potentiometers for Attack, Decay, Sustain and Release parameters. It even features a button for generate a direct gate for added flexibility. Additionally, the ADSR generator section provides CV connectivity and control for Attack and Decay times.
Control your synth and external synth modules with the integrated MIDI/CV interface. The MIDI to CV interface provides you with the means to communicate and control sounds for external use. The MIDI connectivity also means you can use the Delta Cep A within your favourite digital audio workstation. Sample and edit your create sounds by connecting it to your computer. It also features KB-CV and Clock connectivity.
The stereo-based FX section adds texture to your sounds, allowing you to further sculpt the tone. The FX section features three controls: Mod Rate, Mod Depth and Dry/Wet potentiometers. The FX section can be used for everything from delays to reverbs. It features two dedicated outputs for use with external effects and modules.
The Interpolator a dedicated section for storing patches and settings. Using the various buttons and controls you can save and recall sounds and patches, as well as crossfade between different patches for unique results. The patch select knob is accompanied by a range of buttons that helps in navigating and controlling the sounds.
Any electrical items in your order may have a United Kingdom or EU plug connection. A suitable plug conversion adapter will be included with these items if required, free of charge.
